RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At MendeMart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the terms below.

  1. RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

For orders delivered to customers in the European Union, the return period is 30 days from delivery of the last item in the order, subject to applicable consumer protection and statutory withdrawal rights.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

• In its original condition, where reasonably applicable.
• Unused or not materially damaged through customer use.
• Returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase.

Some products may not be eligible for return where applicable law permits an exclusion. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated to you.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact MendeMart before sending any item back.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.
• The item you want to return.
• The reason for the return.
• Photos or other supporting information if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Please do not send an item to the return address without receiving return instructions from MendeMart first.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error or defect on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

  1. RESTOCKING FEES

MendeMart does not charge a restocking fee.

  1. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photos or information.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order until the item has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be available. However, you may still have return or other statutory rights depending on your circumstances and applicable law.

  1. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory rights concerning withdrawal and defective or non-conforming goods.

Where applicable, these statutory rights apply in addition to the voluntary return terms described in this policy.

Our 30-day return period for EU customers begins from delivery of the last item in the order.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable European Union or national consumer protection law.

Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by MendeMart in the return instructions issued for your approved return.
